ill try to make short. I came down to orange county ca. last year march to start a new life with my wife to follow and dog, I came down and got a descent job scouted area and made some friends and found a little nitch down here. I was trying to figure out how i can move rest of family down , (wife and dog sammy) and was befriended by a guy who had a room for rent and share of house in irvine.checked it out and sounded good. He sold it up and i took the pitch. We have mutual friends so i was looking to deal with some one i know to vouch. Hes 42 yr gay male, and figured he would be good and not so much a threat , not stereo typing but he seemed very friendly . Turned out i was wrong . He is not violent but manipulative,takes meds and is diagnosed with depression. No ones perfect , I have my own issues , im easy going and maybe to a fault. since i moved in i have been accussed of many crazy things and hes changed many policies about what we agreed upon. Hes made life hell for my wife and is always got something to say that implies he needs more money or the victim role . I know move iam . My wife is a dental assistant and i am a painter things are slow as in the meen time i was trying to put a bus. together but that will be on hold money is real tight and i got to get a plan ,im not in my home town of chicago where i had tons of friends and family and coming up with a plan was not hard to do. Here im limited and things happened quick i need to find a place to go limited on cash right now and looking for some outside suggestions from somone with experience on a quick move with limitations . i have a dog ,sammy the shitzu , so i know where i go must be pet friendly . Any advice would greatly be appreciated . This sight yahoo answers has always been good to me. thank you its month to month , he also gave me a letter to request a vacate per a convrsation we had that morning for sept 31st. he was requesting that i give my dog a bath one time a week and fumigate the house, he cant even smell , and asked other tennant who sd hes crazy it does not smell . I said i would and made one request as me and my wife have been asking since we got here is to clean the kitchen once a week and make it sanitary for us to eat. thats when he got mad . the truth hurts i know, and he is a slob when it comes to that. ps. we pay for a cleaning lady and thats what he relies on to clean kitchen.He had a party last month where i helped with alot , after party he left for three days and did not clean , my wife did not attend, i went down to say hi for an hour. The whole downstairs was a wreck my only wish is i took pictures , but if i know him there will be more oppurtunities. sorry i want just to say month to month to answer question . some times this is the only way i vent...
